Definitely right. Pies rule.

There is a good pie place Round Hill, Virginia, called Hill High Orchard. It used to be in the middle of a large apple orchard and I think they may have made their own pies in the past. Nowadays, the pies are no longer made on site, but they are still as good as any pie I've had. In fact, their apple pie is the best pie I've had anywhere. Hill High also has other pies that are very good, but their apple pie is on its own level. It is the perfect pie, IMHO.

it sort of looks like celery but it is red, it taste nothing like celery though. it is a little tart but when you have some strawberries added and some sugar it tastes so good. you can probably get it at most markets.

Winter rhubarb is commercially produced in forcing houses in Michigan and Ontario.
