I like those cars, especially the new ones with the updated interiors. Hey, nice smooth plastics with no hard, bumpy textures!

Remember, it's not a lie, if *you* believe it. But you will look stupid...

It's actually no new news.
GM bought Lotus sometime back in the early 90's. With that they acquired destinct knowledge on how to add some real spiff to a car. Cadillac CTS-V models go back to the original Lotus Carlton and Lotus Omega. From the later derived the Cadillac Catera, which is actually a superb little sedan, far under valued.

Trivia note: In CBS's drama "Chicago Hope" a character was named after a Caddy commercial. Stacy Edwards played Dr. Lisa Catera.

GM has been working hard on Cadillac for years now, and they are getting A LOT better!
The new ones are good cars but lack the German/European feel that I like. I know one thing, if the next CTSV has 567hp their is NFW that AMG is going to let them go strut around being the big dogs. They are going to slap a blower and an interooler on that sweet 6.3 and screw another 200hp out of it.
