In the 90's, when Russia was coming apart, there were stories of civilians gettng ahold of the steath paint they used on fighters and painting their cars with it. Seemed pretty good at cop radar. Anything that will reduce the range of the radar is gonna help. I had a truck with the whole front end painted a dull black. No chrome at all. Frustrated the heck out of a laser cop one time. By the time he got a lock on my headlights, I was slow.

Unfortunately, the article says it won't work with police radar guns. I don't know what the difference is. I'm sure there's somebody here who does, though.

I'd still paint my car with it, it would probably look cool and I could be all stealthy!:D

I've always figured an old RX7 turbo with the hideaway headlights painted with a flat black military anit-radar paint with quiet tires and exhaust would be the best stealth car. Also want interior painted with same paint. Very low signature for Laser or Radar. Since we don't have front license plates in KY, it just gets better.
