It's a really funny comedy show set in Manchester England that comes on the Sundance cable channel. You really have to listen close, because of their thick English accents and the unusual phrases they use. It's a very interesting and funny show. A slice of British middle - lower income life! They drink alot! Do any of you watch it? Comments?

Shameless has run on Channel 4 over here for a couple of years now, and yeah, it is quite funny...
The first season or two starred James McAvoy who has gone on to make it on the big screen - Last King of Scotland and Atonement are among his credits.
The series began to repeat itself dring midrun, but has picked up again lately.
The main character, Frank Gallagher, head of the dysfunctional family, plays a professional drinker and layabout, is a well respected Shakespearean actor, tho i have to say he plays Frank to a tee.

I haven't but I will definitely keep an eye out for it, I find British humor funny. My wife is an Absolutely Fabulous fan, heavy drinking seems to be a common thread.
