I know, I know, kinda like like being the only American at an Obama rally, but I had to do it, it was all I could muster.

I love your sense of humor, Cuda, and that is some *****in' car! Nice work so far. I can't wait to see the rest of the pictures as you go.

Patience and attention to detail...the hallmark of a superior restoration (or custom) project. Love how you focus on "correct" colors for the components you are installing.
Keep up the good work!!

The color was not available in v-2 hemi orange on 67 barracuda's, and the stripes were only available on the E-body 1970 model AAR 'cuda's. I am keeping it all Mopar colors, schemes, just have the years a little jumbled together for a nice blend of Mopar styling with some modern flare because I'm so sick of seeing the same ho-hum perfumed pigs everywhere I go with the same colors, same stripes.....BORING!!!!! cool, but boring. This is the fun about doing a resto-mod, you get to have some fun and piss off the "purists" to no end. Here is a pic of a buddy's fastback who followed suit. It's almost scary how close this guys car is to mine from the blacked out tail panel, to the choice of headlights, polished grille instead of argent silver, all the way to the engine choice, although he is running a 360 motor as well, mine is going to be a tab bit on the radical side in comparison, but that's just what the doctor ordered. This guy lives in South carolina and when mine is finished, I am going to meet him half way for a photoshoot of these two cars together. What could be cooler than that?
