You could probably get POR-15 to give a nice discount to be able to advertise that their product was used on the Purdue bell tower.

I am not afraid of heights as long as I am confident of having solid things to stand and hold onto.

If I were that extension ladder would have not been possible. It was the knee I was thinking of. I am still amazed that I could do it.

I did think of POR 15. It is in the mix being considered.

After Tom finished climbing the Purdue Bell Tower, he turned to the world and let out a "victory yell".

PS: His shirt got stuck on the extension ladder and ripped ... and yes, there is a dead tree at the top of the tower.

That'd suck if he turned into his alter-ego while seated in his Miata! It'd be shredded like his shirt.

See Tom, you can smile and not have it look like a grimace.

Tom,

Glad to hear of your success with the new job at Purdue. I am very happy for you and your new Miata, too.

Your new Miata is black? I would like to suggest that you add a gold pinstripe, with a Packard Spear, at the front, and a block P, at the rear of the pinstripe, to personalize it. I have a friend who did this on his new car, blue with a maize pinstripe, ending with a block M, showing that he and his wife, are Michigan Wolverine fans. His neighbor is a Michigan State Spartan Alumni, and he has the MSU, and Sparty's helmet, on his SUV. Looks sharp! Just something to add a personal touch to your new Miata, and a Purdue Boilermaker presence, if you are a fan. ZOOM...ZOOM...ZOOM!

I'm thinking of printing out the Walgaman pic very large and applying it to the wall at the head of my bed......

you know, for kindof foreplay.

I am thinking of some kindof stripes, yellow or gold, but the guys at the Miata forum are very negative on the stripes.

I see a lot of striped Miatas at the scca autox though.

I think Walgaman deserves a prominent spot on the hood.

Forget the guys on the forums, they don't know crap =)

If you put on a stripe, I'd kinda like to see it, I'm a closet miata-lover myself.
