I've never done anything like this before (forums). My son recently bought a 1997 E320 and ordered over $300.00 of brake parts from this company online. They sent him the wrong brake pads. He called and the rep admitted that they made a mistake. The rep said that he would send the correct ones out only after my son paid for the correct pads. He went on to say that my son would have to ship the wrong pads back to the company at my son's expense! They made the mistake and wanted my son to pay them to correct it. Needless to say, they just lost a customer. Also, the reps will not give you any kind of answer when it comes to shipping anything out. There is nothing on the site or in the catalog about actual costs, just "customer is responsible for shipping". Just wanted to spout a little about the unpleasant experience. Now my son is stuck with a set of incorrect brake pads that he cannot sell because he does not know what vehicle they are for.
