I should add a forum rule that Tom must have a camera hanging around his neck at all times or he's banned when stories are posted like this.

Never seen a car like it before, very strange. Any ideas?

Was it a Ford or looked like it might be? Cougar II Prototype? '64-'66 Plymouth Barracuda?

definitely not a 'cuda.

Cougar Prototype??.. I'll have to check that out. It was about as big as a Falcon with a slightly finned rear.

There might be a vin type tag somewhere on the body if it was ever licenced for the road. It may otherwise be hard to identify. For a period of time there were really a slew of kit cars out there. Some with very low numbers I imagine as well.
