Deciding on Price for my E420

I've decided to get a replacement for the E420.

My dilemma, is that I don't know how much to ask for it.

On the one hand, it still rides nice, and makes for very nice transportation, on the other hand it does have issues. So many, that I wonder if I ought to offer it as parts instead.

The transmission is getting old and tired and it has a little leak.
The paint, has epoxy overspray on it - it can be buffed out.
The drivers seat leather is all cracked and the one bolster leather is well beyond repair. The passenger seat has cracks too. Headliner sags, center arm rest is near bogus.
Then there is the poor mpg issue.
The tint in the rear window is starting to come off a little.

All gadgets still work, with the exception of the gear shift indicator light.
Parts wise, it has new front calipers, new caps & rotors & tips. The Air mass sensor is fairly new, as is the ETA. The rubber is still quite nice (Hankooks with maybe 5k miles). It has regular oil changes (Castrol 20W50).

So....what are your opinions? Sell it as is? (how much $?) Parting wouldn't work for me so well...no room, and usually not much time.

Thanks!
There isn't any rust, and from what I can tell, the car has been in Florida its entire life.

Kinda surprised nobody has put in their two cents.

Anyway --- How about $2500.00

Too high? Too low?

Thanks!

Thats a little low... I would go for around $3500....

With that said, I will give you $20 for it... ;)

I'll see his 20 and raise you $100 more.

How tired is the trans? What sort of service was done on it?

It had a filter change around 100k. Whenever it needs transmission fluid, it slips, and lets me know. It also started ticking in reverse recently (within the last few k miles)
