Picked up a "Beater"

With winter not to far off, I decided to get a beater truck for the bad weather rather than drive the ML55. Bought this from the original owner. Has all records and the stuff that commonly fails on these has been repaired. Got a great deal. Drove it to PA and back this week with no problems. Many thanks to Johnhef for helping with the ppi. Not the best pics, just took a few quick ones. Whatchya think?

Hey, we had one of those as a beater too!!!!

I like the MLs, they are cool little units. The 320s get great fuel mileage too!

Nice "beater", looks pretty cool.

I almost bought a used 1999 ML320 but we decided to get a new 2003 Acura TL-S.

I loved the way the ML320 looked but it didn't handle very well IMO ... it felt like a minivan with lots of roll to me. How do the newer ones drive?

PP, I thought you wanted a G-Wag.

By chance, would you happen to have any long lost children?

Ahem. cough, cough.

Some "beater".

Are you going to have to make do with caviar helper for a month, Kevin???!!

My idea of a beater was a 1986 Chevy Cavalier 2.0 station wagon I got for $325 from the SFPD abandoned/towed/seized car auction at the auction yard at 22nd and Potrero in San Francisco.

Best thing about that old wagon was that nobody, EVER EVER argued with me over right of way.

Here I come, you losers.. GTF OMW (Get the F*** out of my way!!!!)

Still looking for the G. I only have one legitimate child that I know of.

I can haul stuff in this one, but I don't want to trash it.

You can keep a couple up here if need be. I'll just need you to leave a set of keys...in case I have to move them out of the way, of course.
