Found a great place to buy cars....

www.offleaseonly.com

Apparently they buy in bulk and have really good deals. No dealer fees, no negotiation.

I bought a 2005 E150 cargo van yesterday for 9999.00 that looks brand new.

Kelly Blue Book is 14K.

Exclamation You guys probably never thought of this place

A VERY well kept secret source for used cars are the periodic auctions held for cars that have been abandoned at Long Term Parking lots in airports of large cities.

Think about it. Each one RAN when parked, and the owner if he had enought money to fly, maintained the car too.

They go dirt cheap, because the City employees try to not publicize these auctions so they themselves can be the only bidder. Usually notice is required by the airport, a municipality, but they manage to bury it where the public can't see.

My upstairs landlord's boyfriend was a plumber at the San Francisco airport and he told me one day about it.

He said sometimes they even get a really nice, car like a Rolls Royce or Jaguar or Mercedes, because the owner had to leave the USA REAL QUICK!!

The IRS, law enforcement or other angry people were hot on their trail

The cars are swept up about every three months or so.

In San Francisco airport (SFO) I actually saw them once. They are hidden in plain sight; if you went by where they were, there would be NO WAY you would realize what they were, just some cars parked together, but dustier than most.

I was amazed
