Rittenhouse Square/homeless

Do you regularly see homeless gentlemen in the most elegant districts of your own hometown?

That area is attractive to the homeless due to overcrowded shelters and its a safe place to spend the night. For the most part they clear out early in the morning.

NYC cured that issue. No homeless in any of the parks. They are picked up and brought to a homeless shelter. Don't like the shelter...........well, too bad for you.

In response to the opening question, I'm trying to think of what parts of Carson City could be accurately described as "elegant". I'm drawing a blank. I don't see a lot of homeless people in town, and when I do they are usually in the vicinity of the (privately run and funded) homeless shelter.
