Somebody go an bust this guy's tailpipe ... but with Madam Pelosi's nullifying and negligent attitude, it's going to be the same outcome as always ....

It's amazing how that guy manages to stay out of prison. Ditto for Cheney.

Smoke & mirrors. IF, BIG IF, he gets indicted, Jr will pardon him on his last day in office.

"Contempt of Congress?" That's a crime? Why don't they indict Bush then? He seems to be pretty contemptuous of Congress.

No doubt.

It's not just about the lawyers. Also the CIA leak case. Or how about pressuring the CIA to produce Iraq WMD "evidence" and misleading the country into war. Dick & Karl could hardly be more guilty.

I don't think that will happen, mainly because of the timing. I suspect Pelosi will wait until September or October to actually indict him, ensuring she can do it while she still has a majority - you never know what will happen in November. There is no way that the legal process could be wrapped up before GWB's last day in office. Rove is a very smart guy. Which is why I can't figure out why he didn't engineer a way to force this confrontation months ago, ensuring GWB would still around to pardon him.

Pelosi cannot indict anybody. She can charge with contempt of Congress. Whhho-hooo. I'll bet that would disturb his sleep for about ... a minute.

She's not a justice department official.
