With what do you think people can make these leaps? I don't know the first thing about medicine so how would I go about determining by myself which drug I should take and which not and what to do? They HAVE to list all the possible side effects. If you look at medicines you can see that they are pretty similar. The way to learn side effects is to memorize a general list of possible effects all the way from the highest hair in your body to the soles of your feet. Some have particular side effects so you remember them. IOW, most of them are boilerplate side effects.

My wife has RA very bad, some days couldn't get out of bed. She was doing shots of methotrexate, among at least 8 other scripts. I wanted her off of the stuff, as well as she did, so we cut out most of the artificial foods and started eating natural. Her pain is pretty well non existant, and is happier now than she was before. Doc wanted to put me on scripts, which I threw away as someone else said they did. I refuse to be "on" something. Seems like society looks at you strange if you are not "on" anything.

Until today, I would've said I wouldn't be affected at all. I hadn't been to the doctor is over 15 years. Now I've got 3 lousy stitches and a tetanus shot in exchange for nearly a week's pay.
I probably would've survived sans stiches , the doc said anything that bleeds a lot tends to disinfect pretty well. Although my posting is taking a lot longer.
