Beat a 2008 Altima in the 300d
So on the way back from the office tonight some punk kid comes riding up in his, what looks to be new 2008 nissan altima manual. Aftermarket everything, exhaust underglow kit, intake, rims, the whole speal. When he came up I started to rev the engine up in the 300d(non Turbo). He is down to race and right before the light turns green he starts to redline to dump the clutch. Well he goes, I attempt to keep up, and before he gets to the other side of the intersection, BOOM. White smoke and the smell of burned clutch and radiator fluid (so a blown head gasket). Then the slow tank just takes a walk right by him and says peace. Great stuff, these cars sound like they would be fast and that can make some real fun =]

Hahahaha.....thats awesome.
 He's going to need maaajor $$$ to fix that one! My favorite thing is to make people think you're going to race, then just take off real slow while they're burning up their car and gas at a great rate.

it was hilarious i wish i had video of it. A 27 year old car can go WOT without breaking but a brand new car.

I used to have a 79 Cutlass. It had the 110 hp 260 CID V8. I came along the right side of a 70s Chevelle at a stop light and revved the engine like I wanted to race. He revved it back and nodded his head. The light turns green and he lays out about 20 feet of rubber, while I turn right.
I imagine when he still wonders where that Cutlass disappeared to.

Was in a Gremlin at a light next to a Mustang. My buddy Harry was driving. He 'revved' the mighty six and the light turned green. Harry floored it. The Mustang drove away. I don't think he ever noticed we were there.

When I had the CLK550 I was sitting at a light next to something or other 4 banger crap Civic. Taught the kid what a real car is able to do without going much past 3k.
SDL's a dog, not racing anymore for that car. After I took the 318 I'm done.
