You trying to get some points, JD?

I thought some other moniker might be more appropriate. Something like "Potty Mouth," or "sailor Mouth . . . ."

Points are always good, whether you need them or not, no?

I'm going to go grab a tall very frosty rootbeer float in about 15 minutes. Yum!

That should be no problem, c'mon, lets go!

Depending on when you get hungry, you can do some things that have worked for me in the past:

Don't eat late - no food closer than 3 hours to bed time.

Make lunch your biggest meal. Eating smaller dinners actually makes you less hungry in the morning.

Eat something within one hour of waking to jump-start your metabolism.

Try small, healthy low sugar snacks when you're hungry during the day.

Yeah, Id stay away from the diet pills. Or at least google podimin/redux, hydroxycut litigation before you decide to start popping and screw up your heart valves.

Let's not forget the Fen-Phen(sp) snafu.....pills won't do anything unless the behavior is changed....

Yeah, there's really no subsittute for doing things the right way. If it comes off fast, it'll go back on fast, too. Change your eating habits and lifestyle, lose weight slowly but surely, and you'll be healthier, thinner, and you'll keep the weight off longer.
