I always thought Hendrix played a regular right handed (strung) guitar left handed -- IOW, the guitar was flipped around w/o going through the lengthy and expensive process of restringing it so the lowest string was closest to the player's face.

I recall vids of him playing a Strat with normal stringing, playing it left-handed.

This guitar is strung lefty style.

Oh well.

Is that you in the gray t-shirt playing the electric guitar?

You're pretty darn good.

Brings back memories from the t.v. series, doesn't it?

Yes, that's me.
Sorry, I was a bit sloppy cause I had a couple beers, then my Wife decided to have a conversation with my daughter thus screwing up an ending solo opportunity.

We were just goofing off after I taught the boy how to play a simple three chord blues change up.
After he got the changes timed proficiently, I plugged in and showed him how good his changes could sound.
