AUGUST 8--An Oklahoma woman facing arraignment Monday on charges that she engaged in lewd acts with dogs rejected a plea in the case after learning that she would have to register as a sex offender.

I think the problem comes from videotaping it and attempting to sell it to the public; at least that is the way I read the complaint in the link.

Sort of gives new meaning to "Girls Gone Wild."
