It's not a Jaguar or Range Rover or Caddy Escalade or Saab 2-Stroke

But a G-Wagen (cough, Dodge Raider)

u have a very dry sense of humour

I would hit the Mitsu Montero boards to see what it would take to make it right. I assume the engine needs a full rebuild...

Yep, PaulC used to mix my Martini's. ;)

put a 617 in that thing and it would be really cool. I bet with a Mercedes engine you could fool a lot of people. and if you put some money into the suspension i bet you could making a good off road vehicle. and all the numb skulls on the trails will think you took your Mercedes out in the mud. might be fun.

Yep, currently at Huber's in Golden Valley. Had a nasty vac leak repaired, new horn and aux fan. Old Mr. Huber thought it was a good car overall. Phew!

btw: He works on a gullwing owned by a cat from Eden Prairie. Gets it "trucked in" for maintenance.

I need a "shooter" (car you use to drive back and forth from dealers) for work. That's why I thought a beater Range Rover would be slick, half the year is snowy.

I don't see the problem. It's got racing seats and a CD player ...
