two door w201 class?
 

I found a convertible two door with a import tag at the yards today. Obvious custom job. Had a four banger gas engine. Front end was crushed and the vin tag there was gone. Vin on the door jam was a sticker and read as such as far as I could tell

was there ever a two door w201?
I believe the w201 is the 190 class- correct?
Otherwise there were 5 r107's about 10 w126's, three w124's, four c280's(strange) 1 w123, and two older models.

There never was a 2 door W201 (190E).

There were only custom tuner two door cabrios for the W201.

That may be the exact car in the yard. Certainly look identical except the yard car's front end was totally smashed. It was all white everywhere just like the pic.
