Are all w124's just hot to drive in??
Seems a silly question....
...but I mean my car is always so damn hot to drive in. Every time I step in the car its just hot....Being in so-cal doesn't help.....but I step into my dads black on black Grand Cherokee and its no where near as hot even though everything is black in there. Is this just me?

I'm in So Cal too and drive a 124, I tinted my windows pretty dark and it seems to help.

Its not strange that it would be hot after sitting in the sun, but the A/C should cool it down pretty quick. If its not comfortable in less than 5 min you may have a problem with the A/C.

I used to think that opening the sunroof after baking in the sun would vent the car the fastest, but I was wrong. Opening all windows is the fastest. So vent the car first before even turning on the AC. There's no use trying to cool down 110f air inside if it is 90f outside.

Why not? I'll take 20 degrees cooler.
