Jackson, MS population 180K -why do we have so many panhandlers, vagrants and bank robberies? I travel around quite a bit but jeez this is starting to get creepy. Jackson just had its 23rd bank robbery of the year this week. Does that seem a little high?

Bums, vagrants, panhandlers and other assorted pest. These people are everywhere, I used to be unperceptive, then tolerant, but now I am starting to get peeved. From the restaurant at lunch today 1/2 block to car I had four solicitations: Money to buy a good lunch (Oddly he is begging outside a $20 min lunch plate upscale restaurant). Money because he is out of luck and stranded. A guy who needs gas money to get out of town and just as I am about to freak a guy starts cleaning my windshield.

Here in Phoenix, it's the freaking illegal immigrants standing all over the streets in the day time and then stealing anything and everything that is and isn't nailed down at night, that makes it bad here! They're all over the place, by the thousands! It's bad!

Metal theft here is at an all time record! These people are stealing man hole covers in the street!!!

Arizona is beautiful, but these illegals SUCK!

In DC the manhole covers blow off by themselves.

That's odd about Phoenix - spending a lot of time this summer in TX Valley, Laredo, Brownsville, Phar, McAllen. Everything is pretty calm, clean and orderly. Before this summer it had been a good ten years since I was down there and was expecting a much different environment.
