Sorry for the new thread.. Wounded Gorilla is back from surgery..
They did the right knee first. Ace bandage & stitches off in 2 weeks. Left knee will probably be done mid/late September. He's kinda dragging it around at the moment but doc says he'll start putting weight on it in a day or two. He's sacked out now. They said $400 and thats what it was. I paid $75 for optional pre-surgery blood work just to make sure and they gave me 10 days worth of rimadyl & anti-biotics no charge.. Parker Animal Clinic in Plano if anyone is in need of a caring vet..
