Abandoned Mansion: Anything of Value?

My father recently bought this property in a very desireable area. Formerly a working horse ranch, the area has now been developed into one of Wichita's most upscale areas. The plan is to bulldoze the sprawling ranch and possibly develop on the property, but I am welcome to strip anything of value inside beforehand.

Here's a little Bio on the property with some vintage photos.
http://www.lahamdevelopment.com/wilson_estates_history.html

It really is a shame this home can't be saved, but sitting abandoned for five years and multiple acts of vandalism have really taken its toll on the massive home.

Clearly, no expense was spared on this place. Hopefully you guys can help me figure out what's worth stripping out for scrap.

Starting with the kitchen. I plan on removing the hood over the range and light fixture for scrap copper. As you can see, there is a lot of paneling throughout, but I'm not sure the wood is worth my time.

The Grand Entryway: The marble floors are incredible, but is it worth the time and energy to remove? Pretty nice chandelier as well.

Living Room/Bar: The counter tops of the bar are stainless steel. Does that have scrap value? More marble, mirrors, and very nice carpet throughout the huge living area.

My only other potential valuable scrap material is in the bedroom closets. All of them are lined/built out of ceder.

Any other ideas of valuable things to pull? The AC unit looks very new, as well as the water heater.

7000 sf++.

Its beautiful, but sits on a very valuable large lot. The finished basement has flooded multiple times, making the entire home a serious health hazard as well.

It also has a guest home, greenhouse, and a 5 car garage with a huge workshop.

Funny you should mention that. In the guest house there's still clothes, furniture, and random crap (including spoons with their handles bent off).

If possible, carve this lot out of the bigger property, fix up and sell.

My house was in that kind of condition when I bought it. Got it cheap and now nobody knows its past.

I don't think you'll be able to get the marble off the floor, assuming it was laid properly. The stainless steel counters are worth money. The base cabs are probably useful or at worst recyclable.

All of the marble, any fixtures, the reach in refridgerated set-up, along with the S.S. top.
Any older switches, and hardware. The fireplace mantle.
The wood paneling, if you can line up a buyer - check with recycled homes stores...even if you have to check the phone book in a farther away, larger city. They would also be interested in the french doors, and the round window in the foyer.
Image 0012 is taking forever and a day to load...guessing that is the one of the kitchen...what kind of applicances?

There are people out there, who would pay good money for some retro stuff.
