Well, the crappy economy hit the local Harley market pretty hard so I decided to move to greener pastures. I'm now the parts manager at Germain Lexus of Dublin Ohio. I have an '01 Lexus LS430 and I just sold my wife's LX470; also, I own an auto parts store. When I go to the parts department of my nearby Lexus, I always say to myself "if the business comes crashing down, I'm coming here for a job". The look like a great place to work. Congrats.

Very true statements guys! Great place to work just tons of new stuff to learn. Most of the mechanics are O.K. with a few being a bit grumpy. When they found out I do all my own work they asked why I wasn't working in the shop. I told them I loved to do it as a hobby but didn't want to ruin that by working on them for a living....they clearly understood what I was talking about.
One thing that baffles me is how far behind the reynolds and reynolds computor program is. You have to do multiple steps to get one task done. Very convoluted, not user friendly at all!!!
