ok, so I went to the contractors warehouse and they had these granite counter tops for a bathroom vanity that was perfect for my remodel. its green granite, it has a shade of green that matches the shower stall tile, and a shade of green that matches the over the toilet cabinet. its the correct size for the vanity cabinet. and best part is it was 20 bucks!

so i buy it, and the sink they are selling with it.

well turns out the sink is the wrong size. so i took it back but now i need to find a sink to fit the granite.

the granite fits the bathroom so well I'm willing to spend more then 35 bucks for the sink (the cost of the one at contractors warehouse that was suppose to match the granite) but they don't sell the sink in the size i need at any of the home depot or lowes stores in my area. so i thought i'd look online. but all the websites list the sinks by depth, and pay no attention to the other detentions of the sink.

I need one that is an under mount sink, 15x10.75 Oval. inside
and 17.5x13.5 outside

My friend is making phone calls to the local plumbing companies. but i thought I'd find something online. but nothing.

Get a sink that's bigger than the hole in the granite and under mount it.

I guess you might have to get the edge of the hole polished, but under mount sinks make the counter so easy to keep clean.

yeah. but the problem is the the vanity is kinda small so the larger sink won't work because the edge of the granite is so close. I'm a man on a mission! i want this Granite to work out.

Too bad you aren't closer--I have a friend that throws on the wheel and can turn them out a porcelain sink in about ten minutes (course then you have to cure, glaze, fire, ect....). He can even do double-walled ones, albeit I think he slip casts or slab builds the outer (unseen) wall. I had him make a couple for me a few years back.

I found the dang thing! Home Depot sells them... only on there web site, so it took a while.

Home Depot said they do not ship them to the stores so I'd have to pay shipping and could not return it to the store. so I bought it from some supplier in New York. When I Google the model number only 3 places come up. so i suppose its a rare sink. kinda funny that I found granite for a sink like that for 20 bucks locally, but have to ship the sink form New York. Oh well the Bathroom won't have a sink for a few weeks.

Check your local Lowe's store, I am know at my store we can order all kinds of sinks, and have them shipped to stores. Also I know at my store we are always getting back all kinds of special order returns, that were either measured wrong by the customer, or have minor defects. I know I have seen a few sinks that you are looking for go for next to nothing.l
