he damn sure did, but his appeal will be filed this pm after the hearing, and I have seen some good issues.

what a DA his accomplice (stewart? the one that was asked to participate) atty was for ticking off the things the judge did wrong beforre starting his spiel. that wasn't necessary to preserve a record for appeal and will just serve to piss off the judge.

I couldn't make heads of tails of the sentencing because the judge kept citing minimums and maximums and I never figured out when they ended up with.

I just know that he'll be in jail for a while...

Why do they do that though?
