I would think if you were that fat you would want to shape up a little before boot camp, if at least to make it easier on yourself!

Both women had issues with their weight but with five weeks of training behind them and doing daily push-ups, sit-ups and working on running a two-minute mile they are confident they are ready to pass basic training.
Two-minute mile? Oh man, is Kuan going to be jealous!

The reporter who did the story doesnt know anything. It's a two mile run, and a two minute timed event for pushups and situps.

The recruits that come from Jackson are utter trash, and I can only hope they learn how to be better soldiers with their time in service before they are killed.

Basic training for females has never been tough enough, and now it's worse. Mixed training means males get screwed out of any real learning and/or teambuilding exercises because females cannot keep up. I am no pt stud, but when a medic is not strong enough to firemans carry a 140lb man 50 feet, without any gear on, the Armed Forces have failed.

Training is crap, I hate it because weak minded individuals make things worse then they need to be,for themselves and others.

What's the Army's definition of a "weak minded individual"?
