I would say it's a good time to buy a house, particularly if this passes:
"Schumer also said Democrats would support a GOP-backed idea to double a home buyers tax credit from $7,500 to $15,000 and make it available to all home buyers instead of those purchasing their first home." |

You seem obsessed about this "Kirk" fellow. Are you trying to contact him for some sort of tryst?

Looks like the UK is "officially" calling it a depression.
During a heated debate in the House of Commons, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown described the global economic slowdown as a depression, saying countries "should agree on a monetary and fiscal stimulus that will take the world out of depression." A Downing Street official later said Brown meant to say "recession," but the incident prompted widespread speculation on the severity of the U.K.'s economic problems. On a finite planet with finite resources, why is it a national goal to have growth and expansion year after year? Why is it not OK and acceptable to take a breather from the mindless spending and consumerism that puts people in debt up to their ears?
Now the gov is trying to coax more people into debt by inducing them to buy new cars. I can understand them trying to save manufacturing jobs, but supply has to follow demand, not the other way around. Right now people are trying to save, and savings rates are supposedly up.

Perhaps it's all issues from your childhood. Imaginery people are simply not a good sign. You should either seek help, or stop using amphetemines so much. INAPPROPRIATE B.C. Last edited by Brian Carlton; 02-05-2009 at 04:13 PM. |
