Lincoln smashes w108 in Audi commercial
 

Did anyone get as upset as me with this Audi super bowl commercial last night? Forgive if someone else mentioned it, but I flipped! Of course I got alot of WTF looks...:mad::eek:

I agree it broke my heart to see that.

I was very mad at them trashing the W108. It was a 4.5 litre too! (at least it was not a 63)

They also trashed a BMW E28!:eek::mad:

I do like the way he did NOT take the Lexus...:D

I think "The Transporter" is awesome and while not a BMW fan the 7 Series from the first film was the perfect car for him.


Audi keeps doing this **** and its starting to get on my nerves.

Audi shouldn't have done that.

I had a 300SD that was the same color and body type as the Benz in that chase scene. Mine never moved like the one in the movie.

Seeing the 4 ring thing on crappy POS VW parts kind of ruind Audi for me...everytime I see the badge I think of the Jetta.:eek:

Looks like it was already beat up before the Lincoln hit it. Not like it was a 6.3 or anything.

Also, you don't know if they actually hit it, they might have computer generated the impact.

I don't think they ever hit the Mercedes, it's all done in editing;)

Now I can buy an Audi again...would be bad if I never could get my self a S5.

I won't buy an Audi because I have now seen TWO commercials where they either hit (whether its fake or real doesn't matter....) one....or made one Fade away out of the driveway and become an Audi.....calling it "progress". :mad: Now I am anti-audi.

it least it didn't get launched thru the billboard like the bmw!
