So, if I am reading this right, buying my home in December, 2007, means I won't see this credit in any way, shape, or form, right? Sweet...
The clock on the $7,500 credit started on April 9, 2008. It stops June 30,2009 (as written into law last year). What changes occur this week remain to be seen. The provisions changing this credit in the House and Senate bills are vastly different. Film at Eleven.... |

That's a good one. Artists aren't part of the economy, or deserve federal money like fat cats do. They certainly wouldn't use any of that money to say, put on performances people buy tickets to, or shows that result in artwork sold. No one buys art, and artists hoard the money anyway. But hey, every other job besides artist deserves federal money. I'm surprised they didn't propose a cap on how much an artist could get. Those guys are constantly abusing the system.
