Nowhere thats more evident than in India, elephants, panthers, tigers, monkeys are all loosing out big time to the swarm of useless fodder coming out of the birth canals of the teaming mass of humans here. Just sad and despicable in every sense.

I sometimes think there should be a worldwide 1 child per family deal, like China, or at least in our western world where we use so many more resources than poorer parts of the world. There are only so many resources, jobs, etc to go around and population growth is after all, exponential. Get too many rats in a cage and they start eating each other I've heard someone say.

Even the mere mention of family planning in India gets riots going. Its a scary word for policy makers and politicians. Last time it was tried in the 70s, the government got overthrown. Thats the price of democracy. Sadly the Muslim population is exploding to dangerous proportions here, on the average a Muslim has more than one wife, four being the mean and therefore that many number of siblings. Do that math and you will know what the world is facing today. They represent close to 30% of the one billion unofficial true count.
