Don't park under pine trees...
2 Attachment(s)
I pass this car every morning while walking my dog, and I finally remembered to snap a cell phone pic of it to post here. This car is parked under a pine tree that appears to have been trimmed back, and also looks to have just bled on its own quite a bit from the top. Check out the sap all over the back side -- it's rock hard. The car has been parked in this same spot for about a year, I think; I have yet to see it move (at least it's always there when I walk past). Sucks to be that guy!

that doesn't look fun

Pine Tree... pfft the tallest tree in my subdivision is probably like 10ft tall and in someones yard. well, there is like a tree that is a good 30ft but its not a pine tree
|
Seemed like all we had when we lived in FL were pine trees. Pine and palm...
So, what are the plans for today, after the car arrives, I mean? |
not park it under a pine tree.
If it gets here before class, ill go to class. If not then I'll stay home(reluctantly) and wait for it. Plus I should be fine for class. I worked ahead of the others since I did good on the last section. |
Was & wax? Nice long drive? Whatever you do, have fun, and be sure to inspect it well when the carrier arrives and look for any and all damage. Have the driver document anything out of the ordinary, and take pics of it while it's still on the carrier, if you can. Sounds like it will be fine, but just be sure. I'd also make sure everything that's supposed to be in the trunk is still there.
I'm sure everything's fine, but inspect it carefully just in case! |
lol... kinda funny how me buying the "SDL" has been a point of interest in a lot of threads...

I used to get some sap every now and then when I parked under the big tree at home; not sure what kind of tree it was though :o Nothing of that nature, though! Wow. Maybe he just gave up on it, and that is why it is sitting there.
Nowadays, I just get dirty squirrel tracks up my hood and windshield. QUITE annoying when it happens right after I wash the car! Last year I occasionally got cat tracks, but I kind of trained the vagrant cat to jump onto the car next to mine instead :D He didn't like my car after I waxed it! |
that car owner is the sap in the family tree
|
No worries... I have something that will blow that right off. :D
