The article was lame, except for NJ-- That one was classic, although my version of the NJ slogan would be "Not as corrupt as Louisiana"

NY could be "Where even the Governor has to pay for it"

Louisiana could be "Not as corrupt as WV"

and WV could be "Not as corrupt as Chicago"
