Pigging out

Today was just one of those days, soup for lunch, then an entire afternoon of car cleaning....come 8:00 at night and not having eaten anything else I went nuts, bought a small pizza from down the street....and polished the entire thing off by myself. That's the first and hopefully last time i'll ever pig out like that.

Anyone else?

I went to Wendy's last Friday and got the 3/4 pound heart attack burger with 10 pounds of grease fry's and a gallon of coke. It was good, but I was hurting the rest of the day...felt like I had eaten a chunk of lead.

That was enough of a pigout to keep me happy for quite a long time. That was the first time I had been in a Wendy's in 6 years.

I found it depressing because it was full of imigrants who were overweight, and morbidly obese car salesman.

Had two home made charbroiled double burgers yesterday for weekend, total meat consumption was around 2.5lb, was nothing big when I was 20 but now it makes an impact but it sure did feel good when I devoured those burgers.

Yeah, but sometimes you just need to get your fix and then the urge is out of the system for quite some time.

I've just got too many dietary urges so they tend to overlap.

Very true, got rid of my burger craving for at least few weeks.

made homemade Chili last night...I can't eat just one bowl. Sometimes it's hard to stop at 2 bowls, so I had 4.

Mental note to self...next time, take it easy on the beans or you'll blow your anus out

LOL! Biriyani is very rich so get ready for antacids in case you eat it day long.
