How to hang your TP

Ha, I knew I was right

I agree that over is the "right" way, but I know many cat owners who think under is the right way since a cat can't unroll the entire roll when it's positioned under.:D

I have this thing where it has to be over.My sister is lazy and just puts it under as well as my brother.I see this and have to fix it.

Have a serious talk with the cat and warn it that it will be paying for this excess if it keeps doing it!!!

Whoever puts it on the spool is the decider.

Over is logical...but I don't have cats...forgot about the feline propensity to make short work of tp rolls!!

nice post. it has to be over, its one of the little things that drives me nuts if its not.

Howdy All,
Small children, cats and dogs make the rules. It is under. Since I don't have small children or cats I don't have to worry about that. The dogs don't wipe, they lick, so I don't have a problem with them messing with the roll. So it comes down to ME. Sometimes it's over and sometimes it's under. Variety is the spice of life (except,I don't lick).

I am a firm believer in the under method of mounting the paper. It has always worked fine for me. :D :D :D

I have even created a graphical depiction of how this is possible and easily achieved:

Another problem with "under" is you can't do a Hotel Fold:

I like to do the triangle tip on the left.:D

I do that when staying in friends guest rooms with bath. Always ensures another invite.;) As for the cat.... Isn't that why God invented squirt guns?

pawoSD 03-29-2009 05:30 PM

I'm so going to do that at people's houses I visit now.... :D

Hatterasguy 03-29-2009 06:59 PM

Over is the right way, when I become emperor of the world I shall make it law.:D:P

Ours stands on the stool under the sink because the built in TP holder is virtually unreachable from a seated position. So I guess it would be Right vs. Left rather than Over vs. Under.
