We applied for a mortgage last week. We are waiting for our pre-approval then we will make an offer on a house. We should get preapproved no problem as we both have decent credit and she makes alot of money. The house we will make an offer on has a HUGE lot. 4.25 acres in a 2nd tier suburb of St. Paul. It is a little secluded community completely surrounded by another town. If we get this house we will probably have everything in the back yard and probably soon. Like the end of summer (Aug, Sept). If we don't get the house then we will probably wait.
