what to do with 2 big solar panels?

I have a chance to get 2 200 watt solar panels from my work. They are pretty big, about 2-4 feet. what can I wire these to to get the biggest bang for the effor? I am in Tampa so they should get a ton of sunlight each day.

400W of power could be spliced into your power but you'd need an inverter controller.

I have been wanting to put panels on a small boat, charge controller and a 12V deep cycle with a MinnKota motor. Zip around lakes and rivers for free.
