Time to book a trip to Havana

Excellent move, and about time too.

I loved that movie- Raul Julia and Redford were very good in that.

Agreed. About time. The restrictions accomplished nothing positive.

Just for Cuban Americans? WTF, over? Sort of bull**** if it doesn't apply to all Americans. So much for equal laws for all people here. Oh, and how bout this line.. allowing U.S. companies to seek contracts for communication services in Cuba All about big business, as usual. I disagree with Obama's decisions here.

I thought that the new travel rules apply to relatives only. If you ain't from there and don't know someone from there you are SOL. At least that is the way I read it.

They should drop all restrictions related to Cuba, time to kill those old Cold War relic's.

Obama just went back to the Clinton restrictions. W had to tighten them up as payback for the Cuban vote in Florida.

Don't bet on free travel to Cuba for us anytime soon... I have friends from Europe who went and were really disappointed. The place was dirty, loud and the people tried to rip them off as much as possible.
I would love to go there and pick up a nice DeSoto or Chevy, stuff it with Cohibas and bring it back home...
