Help Me Spend by MBCA Loyalty Dollars
After waiting almost 4 months, MBUSA finally sent me nice fat juicy US$1500 loyalty reward card. The problem is that it's only good for 1 year. There's not much accessories for the R class or the W116. Maybe the mud guard, but my dealer wants $145 for it and I can get it online for $106. I've been also been looking at the stuff on MBUSA Lifestyle Collection for model cars, shirts, etc. I know I'll probably use the Service A and B by the time card is expired, but that still leaves a lot of dollars on the table.
Maybe something from the Classic Center? MB-specific tools? FSMs? Help me spend my free dollars..... Oh, btw, I already bought a baseball cap and key chain, so I only have $1450 left. Thanks, bigmaq

If you're going to lose $145 for not spending it, you might as well buy the guards from the dealer.
Definitely get the FSMs for your cars. I haven't checked the price, but I imagine that the R-class manual is somewhat expensive. If you're looking to also buy special tools, those that apply to your car are listed in the manual. How about maintenance items that you know you'll need in the future? Oil, filters, anti-freeze, etc. |
