88 560 sel front end rebuild

I've purchased a 1988 560SEL with 158K on it. I'd like to rebuild the front end so the ride is better and the steering is more like new. Can anyone start me off on this adventure buy suggesting parts and a manual for direction? I't's been a long time since I have done work to this extent. Thanks

Hey Bill, you will be better off posting this request in the tech help part of the forum. can be found here -
http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/tech-help/

More people view that area, and it is designed for help with the gas Mercedes

Good luck, I'm sure there are plenty of people with the info you need
