If you like the flip top, but don't care for the skunk flavor of Grolsch, try Fisher D'Alsace. The bitter is awesome and the amber is pretty fair.
I wouldn't recommend tossin' 'em back like a domestic beer though.
If the goal is sheer alcohol content, might I recommend a Heffenreffer? Or if you're really serious, I could point you at some barley wines that will curl your hair.

My German professor told us of an awsome game they play in Germany called Haffenreffer rulet, or any cheap beer in Germany. Since cheap German beer is good beer over here.

Here is how you play: Get at least a dozen bottles if not more, more is better. Than have someone shake one beer up really good, so whoever gets it gets screwed. Than you have to shuffle them so that you don't know where that beer is. As you drink them put them up to your eye and pop the top. Thats the rulet part, someone is going to get it.
