Same goes for Jack in the Box. my home town got a Jack then I was in high school. after a football game the drive through line would just about reach the freeway. When I left home, 7 years ago, I swore off Jack, as I had eaten enough for one life time.

I'm pretty sure I could die happy without ever eating In-n-Out or Jack in the Box again.
Jack In The Box, thats another one that we don't have. I can't belive I forgot to include it, they mention it in Pulp Fiction

We had a Krispe Kreme in my town that was insanly popular and caused crazy traffic jams....for about a month. After that no one bothered once they found out how bad the donuts actually were and they closed down. I thought it would be a great location for a restaurant because they had to have had the gas and 220 volt sockets all in place and ready to go. Instead the building was converted into a bank....which subsuquently also closed.

What a waste of a perfectly good lot

Yeah I've heard that. What happened that day, was the CT in you yearning for a donut that doesn't dissolve to nothing within 3 seconds?

(For crying out loud even Wolcott has a Dunkin)

we had a Krispe Kreme here in Sacramento, I loved them. I still think they are one of the best donuts. but the same thing here, Krispe Kreme was hip and you couldn't get a donut without risking your life, then it was closed, just as fast as it had come to town it left.

I wish they would have opened like one... what ever the heck you call a donut shop... a fryery? anyway, I wish they would have had a more reasonable impact and lasted. I only went there twice in the year they were here... How many donuts can you really eat? but now I miss them.

We don't have many Dunkins, maybe one or 2 that I can think of (one might have closed) I don't think California likes donuts! but I do!!!!!

Oh yeah it was bad when they first opened. Something along the lines of a two hour wait just to get to the drive-thru window. Some people were driving all the way from NH for these things with people filling the backs of SUV's with donuts....

I felt bad for my cousin, because he lives close to where it was...the traffic was so bad that he had to drive a couple of miles out of his way just to get home every day.

Krispy Kreme died here when the low carb diet craze started I thought they were pretty good especially when freshly made. I dont think I've had a donut in at least 5 years though.. dunno how people eat that crap for breakfast.

White Castle

What-a-burger

It even took a while for us to get a couple of Starbucks around and even then they are rare compared to Dunkin Donuts.

I'm sure there are plenty that i'm missing....
Dunkin Donuts owns us though, they are everywhere! I'm in one a few times a week!

Same thing here, although they are still hanging on. Their parking lot is always empty, I have no idea how they are still in business.

Ever noticed what happens, say when you eat White castle burgers and Mcdonalds fries in one sitting? Taco bell tacos and Burger king fries? Combine fast foods sometime!

Poisoned bowling alley pizza did me in once, missed 2 days of school...
