The Best Insult

Appears a compliment
(AND someone may or may not explain to the "Insultee" at a later date)

I would choose "Focused"

[AND if it THEN became known, over a longish period of time, that "Focused"
Paralleled "Narrow Mindedness"(OR "Head Up Assness")...
Whose to point the Finger in your direction and Scream "J'accuse" ? ...
All you did was compliment an associate.]

Great thread right now Myopic seems to fit the discussion perfectly.

Oh, and you haven't lived until you have gone through a small to mid-size merger, after my experiences in life I never thought that something so simple could cause the simpletons to rise to the top. If I were to call them something it would be two day old Miracle Whip; it looks and smells OK at first but it will make you sick as hell once you digest it.

and compressed ideology...brilliant!!

I always liked the German word " engstirnich" , because it meant someone born with a genetically defective head space too narrow to fit a human brain inside, so ya got what ya got ......

In keeping with this line of thinking:

He has keenly focused intellectual parameters. (The word keenly always makes it sound positive)

That's why I tend to reject the idea that rich people are harder-working than the rest of us. It's prevalent enough that it's known as the Dilbert Principal (but I'm sure that you knew this).

Myopic would be my first choice, but perhaps insular? Aklim would probably vote for circumscribed.

Got it, I don't want it to turn into one of those Seinfeld "Jerk Store" moments. I should let it be I did some serious damage today which is enough to keep me out of the pink slip radar.

Divide and Conquer.

Keep our reclamation devices in mind....I've got to fly up to Burlington this week to find a wholesale supplier of the tanks, b/c everyone is out and it costs too much to ship them from Texas and Tractors Supply won't let a regional manager sell to us wholesale We have plenty of plumbing, but no "new" tanks.

Thank you "O"!!!!
