My insurence adjuster LIED!!!!
So this what happned, friday adjusters look at car quoted me $4000+, monday tow guy comes and took the car, tuesday (today) called and said we are offering you $3,120, this is not right is there any action to take!!!

The paper trail is what you have to work with. The adjuster quoted 4,000+ before the actual documented quote was given to you?

also i forgot, they said that we are suppose to get a rental car, but that did not happen... We did ask for more and they say ACCORDING TO THE FDA LAW CR@P, then we said "if it was going to be $3,100 then we could have kept the car but i dont know what the scrap yard @$$holes did to the car (maybe take some parts out sold some things) So we refuse to retain the car we will see what happens, currently the call is begin pass to answering machine

The adjusters documented everything, took some pics and send it to the head quarters without leaving us a copy...i sense there something worng

We mention about the rental to the guys, they say they will reimburse $350 if we dont rent a car, and receive nothing if we rent one... We are not going to rent...

What happened to the car? Your insurance or someone elses? It's a day late, but you should never let the insurance company take possession of your car until you have the payout in writing. Demand the car back, immediately. Get the claims handler on the phone and demand the estimate and rental car, immediately. Call the local rental agency and give tell them you need a rental, and give them your claim number, they will verify with the claims handler, which moves the ball a little faster. Call your state's Attorney General and tell them what is happening to you.

Been there and done that, they will pay you the $4000 if you know how to talk to them, like I do. I had a car run into my Printing & Sign Shop a few years ago and the Ins. co. said that they would give me $7900 to fix it, and when I got done with them they wrote me a check for $15,550. If you want to know how I did this, send me a 6 pack of beer and I will tell you.
