Mice!
How do they get into a Mercedes Benz? I thought I had all the holes the dealer neglected at PDI plugged, but I still have turds under the rear seat of my '95 E 320 wagon. I plugged the 4 holes used to hold the car down during shipping, plus some others under the hood that might be an entrance. I looked over the car while it was on the lift today and can't find any other places, but I obviously have missed at least one. Has anyone found others?

Use copper scrubby pads in things like the A/C intake and exhaust.
Mice will eat through steel wool!

I fairly sure the mice are not getting in through the exhaust, and the screens on the A/C are intact so that's not an entrance. I am going to put some of the copper stuff in the drains for the A/C.

Get the traps with the yellow plastic paddle. They will run right over them. End of story.

I don't want to trap the buggers; I want to keep them out of the car. It's ridiculous that a mouse can break into a Benz.

I know that. Designers at Benz don't. So were do they get in? I mean, I never had mice in my other cars, just my perfect Benz. |

You can't keep a mouse out of a car. They can crawl through a 1/4" sq hole.
Best you can do is park it some place less exposed if you live in the country or put food out under the neighbors cars if you live in town.
