Also, the national motor museum: linky. Nice collection of historical European cars, plus quite a bit of focus on speed record and racing hardware. Quite a few motorcycles as well - my favorite is the Ariel square four chopper. It is set on a lord's estate. The estate was used to train spies that infiltrated the continent during WWII, there is a fascinating display on the grounds. It's near Southampton.
