1992 300CE

I have 300CE that runs fine cold,and when she warms up, runs rough and rich.

You're in the wrong forum. Back up and go to the Tech Help forum and search for M104 rough running problems. Probably find several threads.

If this was an earlier CE with the M103, I know you would.

But while your here, check out the 300CE owners' roll call. Some very nice examples.
