It obviously doesn't rain much in Paradise Valley since the PO used if for a daily driver. The car is pretty much useless and dangerous.

Didn't you want to do something similar?

Its an E320 not a diesel, so I don't know why you're in DD. It seems the PO probably couldn't get good enough trade in to make it worth his while, so he made use of it. How much do you think he could get with a 183k W210 without a chopped top. 3-4k maybe?

Wow. I bet the body/sub frame flex is quite fun! I would not consider even driving it. It's amazing at how much stuff does not work now...

It's not a convertable, if it has no top. Cut is very uneven.

Double idiot...who ever chopped it...and whoever is selling it.

as for me cutting into the roof... would have been tasteful...

and very rarely do I wander away from DD, people on this side tend to have more life about em

this car honestly made me sick. ugh

wow.....unbelievable.....such a nice car, completely destroyed and made a parts car. There's a reason an actual convertible weights a lot MORE than a sedan.....

Yes, but it looks really nice without the roof. I bet somebody will buy it.

How much is the engine/trans worth?

I was driving up through New York a few weeks ago and I went by a Dodge Dakota convertible. I had to do a double take, but it was actually pretty well done, and he had a roll bar across the back.

Someone in my town used to have an old Ford wagon (LTD?) like the one in the old National Lampoons movies, and he chopped the top from the windshield back. Nothing like a 9 seat convertible!!
