Mahindra diesel pick up truck

Based on everything I have read so far it should be a hit - especially the 30 mpg  .On another note I should be getting phone/DSL at the house within the next three weeks or so after which time I will be back on peachparts.com more. We've (wife and I) been real busy trying to get the house liveable and have been evicting a snake about every other day or so. I am thoroughly enjoying being married to this woman .Until next time.

The description of their top line truck reads like it was written by a 16 year old. It is fugly too. The other models are not too bad looking.

Interesting. Looks like the first generation Toyota Tacoma to me. Is that what it's based on? Like Gurkha's Tempo's based on the G-Wagen? And is that diesel engine Mercedes sourced?, or from someone else or home grown?

Talk to Gurkha about Mahindra before buying. I think he's had some pretty negative things to say about Mahindra over on Expedition Portal.

Doesn't look that impressive. OTOH at 30mpg could be a nice little around town truck.
Maybe this will kick Toyota into importing their own diesel trucks.
